American Mechanical Contractors (AMC) is owned and operated by David and Keri Tartaglia; a husband and wife team. We started AMC in 2003 and have had consistent growth throughout the years in various sectors including: commercial and residential heating and cooling, restaurants, hotels, retail operations, apartment buildings, professional sports facilities, government contracts, and more! 

Our key to success is understanding that no customer has the same needs, so we customize each job. Not to mention, we offer competitive rates with meet or beat pricing offered. The customer is our focus, so we operate on weekends and do not charge extra for evening or weekend hours like most companies. AMC also offers all customers up to a 5-year warranty on labor! 

We are well known for always accommodating and prioritizing emergency situations over routine maintenance calls to ensure everyone is reached and in a timely fashion based on necessity. However, we work diligently to meet all needs expeditiously on the daily. AMC also recognizes those that work in public service by offering a year-round 20% discount to all veterans, police officers, firefighters, EMT, healthcare professionals, and teachers. 

AMC currently serves the following areas: MD, DC, Northern Virginia, Southern DE, and Southern PA. None of what we do would be possible without our team of 10 men that are fully trained in the field by David. AMC is fully licensed and insured which encompasses work done by any of our team members that service your needs. We are a family owned and family focused business that thrives on excellent customer service, dependability, and top-notch work which is evidenced by our accreditation with the BBB where we have maintained an A+ rating.
